Leonardo Da Vinci Dbq Essay

The renaissance is a when a new city is reborn. There were many great artist like Leonardo da Vinci, Raphael, Donatello, and Michelangelo. In my opinion the most significant artist was Leonardo da Vinci.

One reason why is he was a significant artist was because he lived with only his father and this brought him to be the artist he was. I think this because in Leonardo’s DBQ it states “became an apprentice of Andrea del Verrocchio.” Another piece of evidence is in Leonardo’s DBQ is says that once he finished being the apprentice of Andrea he became a master painter after he had some practice. Those pieces of evidence support my claim because it shows one of my reasons why Leonardo became a significant painter.
