Left Wall Research Paper
When you walk into my room, on the left wall there is a white dresser that has 6 rectangular drawers, and above that is a crummy and dirty mirror (its old). On the dresser, there will be a tall Big Bird Funko Pop, and there are most likely to be fancy earrings on top of it. Next to that will be a small stack of designed notebooks and a variety of books with a bigger Cannon camera. Depending on the day there will be a tall and slim water bottle or a stout, white defuser and an essential oil next to it. Following the dresser, still on the left wall, is a worn out TV tray. On that, there is a Harley Quinn Funko Pop, an empty box of tissues, my gross iPad charger, along with my iPad, and my phone charger. A little above the TV tray is a large …show more content…
Sullivan, Zero from Nightmare Before Christmas, Stitch from Lilo and Stitch, Mushu and Cricket from Mulan, and Au Naturel from the Minion Movie). Next to my window is my collage of pictures. I have 3 short silver wires and each holds 4 bright pictures; below those, I have a wood frame that has a picture of me and my childhood friends; and my last picture on that wall is my "Alice Down the Rabbit Hole", it is another and different interpretation of the story. Now on to my right wall, this wall is a little different than the rest. My twin sized bed is on the floor right up against the wall, but the wall itself slants inward, right over my bed. My blanket on my bed is an orange quilt that has an old purple floral design on it. It has a retro look. At the foot of my bed, is a short, white foot dresser that my great-grandfather built my mother. On that is where my black Dell computer and my white Google Chrome charge (those lay side by side), next to those is where I keep my large and colorful Biology binder. On top of that stands my Pocket People that I got when I traveled to New

¨Life is limitless and dreamers of Mexico cross the border they can't be denied the entry to America to find a bright future”. This statement shows that a border wall between the U.S. and Mexico will not help anything just cause more problems and harm millions of people. If a wall is built it will most likely won't solve anything to prevent Mexicans or other immigrants coming to America. Additionally, the wall does not keep out terrorist or drug smugglers. Also, a border wall between the U.S and Mexico can´t protect American jobs or reduce crime. Instead, it will waste resources like public takes and the money to pay the guard to watch the fence. It will also be take an enormous amount of money to build the wall and to surveillance it.…

In addition to it, on a table against a wall placed cupcakes and candies which make the ground floor smells warm and inviting and blessedly familiar. There is a pool table on one side of the lounge and a table tennis table on the other side beside couches. In the middle are three elevators and from across is a wall of mailboxes. It would take approximately a minute to get to the floor that I live in, the 20th floor. Step out of the elevator after the sound “ding”, the carpeted floor gives it a wonderfully homely character. My room is a double split room, it is allocated evenly on both sides and is furnitured with essentials such as closet, table and mattress on the base. As I jump on the bed, the bed-springs does not creak and the mattress is very soft to lay on. When open up the window, the sound of the city mixed with the sound of wind can be heard clearly along with the sunset and city view outside my window is quite a sight to behold. The throw pillow in bright global textiles and the traditional patterned bedding that I brought all the way from my own country, China, lightened this little room. All these small parts all take parts to build up a home feeling which is one of the main reasons why Lawrinson Hall is my favorite building on campus.…

Do you ever wonder why people are so attached to their bedroom and never want anyone going through their stuff? When I think of my bedroom, I realize why some people are so attached to their bedroom and their things in it it’s because those things are important to them and may have some meaning. Places like my bedroom are places where we can relax and be comfortable we express our emotions in our room and I think that is why it is so important to people because we can we ourselves , we can also just sit down and rest and think about what we have done today. Another important reason is we can go there when we want privacy therefore we can also just shut our door, maybe even lock it, and tell everyone in our house not to bother us. Also our rooms hold most of our personal belongings and those things are important to us and we do not want anyone else to touch them. Our bedrooms are very important because we spend most of our time there and we express our feelings there too.…

First, Let me tell you about the objects in my room. There's my wonderful bed. I love my bed the most. Say i came home from a hard day of work and school, my bed would be there to comfort me, it really would understand how tired i am. The silky, warm sheets and comforter are so warm and smell of home. as soon as i lay my head on the soft pillow, i dream on and on. I consider it my best friend because i always want us to be together. I believe that it has my best interest at heart and is looking out for me all of the time. Then there's my alarm clock. It's after me, i just know it. It's so jealous of my relationship with my bed that it's always trying to tear us apart. So childlike. The thing plots against me all night and then get me every morning at about 5:15. It the worst object of them all. I' ll talk about the plant in the corner of my room now. That darn plant is in cahoots with the alarm clock, it always makes this funny shape at night when i turn the light off so that it makes a weird shadow on the ceiling that scares me. Then when i turn the light on to check, it acts normal again. Sneaky. Luckily i have my pretty pink lamp on my nightstand to turn on so i can keep an eye on it. Last but not least, it's my tv. I think it plots against me too sometimes because it brings on all of the good shows as soon as i try to do my homework, always trying to distract me.…

On the wall at the end of my bed I have a bookcase built into my creamy, dreamy, white walls. On my bookcase I have an array of girly things. My stack of magazines looking like a tall, tall tower full of gossip, tricks, and tips. My assortment of candy colored nail polishes lined up so neatly like little soldiers ready for battle. Pinks, purples, blues, oranges, the list could go on forever. And the many perfumes, facial masks, moisturizers and DVDs are too many to count. On my top shelf is where I place my photos, one of which is my favorite. The one of myself and my boyfriend. Every time I glance over at it, it makes me smile. That same smile I had on my face the day I met him. On the same wall beside my bookcase is a large, rectangular shaped window with modern, light pink, bamboo looking blinds. Twirled around the top of my window are the stuffed, fake, fabric flowers that my family gave me every time I went to a cross-country meet. There sewn on happy faces smiling down on me like little guardian angels. Below my window is my dresser. It’s a light brown color. Almost the same color as warm, golden, brown bread that just come out of the oven. On top of my over baked dresser is my shiny, silver TV and my cool, hip lamp. My lamp is orange fabric with pink hanging circles all around it.…
