Left Leg Case
DOI: 3/3/2009. This is a case of a 55 year-old female slice operator who sustained an injury to the back, left hip, leg, and reproductive, digestive and nervous systems after falling down from the stairs in a sitting position.
As per detailed reevaluation dated 4/28/16, the patient is still having ongoing pain in the lower back that is radiating to both legs. The patient is also noticing worsening of weakness in the left leg. The patient is having a really hard time going up steps with the left leg and has to rely a lot in the right leg to just go up and down steps and holding onto the rails. Physical examination of the back revealed that it is tender. There is increased pain with range of motion. The patient has difficulty with weakness on
