S: Aerotake TM is in here with left index finger contusion. According to the TM he was inspecting the vehicles when the incident occurred. His was going at very fast pace, and he accidently closed the door on his finger. TM reports the initial pain as 6/10, and after ice X 20 minutes his pain was at 2/10. Tm describes the pain as pulsating pain. TM denies any numbness or tingling sensation to his left index finger. TM refused any ibuprofen or acetaminophen, stating that he has difficulty swallowing the pills.
O: On inspection of the left index finger a finger mild swelling, nail bed intact, and a subungual Hematoma the fingernail. On palpation,
