Leadership and Management
There are many past and present figures that have been great and effective leaders. Nelson Mandela said, “A good leader can engage in a debate frankly and thoroughly, knowing that at the end he and the other side must be closer, and thus emerge stronger. You don 't have that idea when you are arrogant, superficial, and uninformed. During the first four years in office, President Obama received a lot of backlash from the Republicans in office. During his third year, The Affordable Care Act was not easy to launch. The law faced two problems the Supreme Court and the Presidential election. The Affordable Care Act did not have much space to influence the outcome. The main purpose of the Affordable Care Act is to expand healthcare to lower income families that cannot afford regular insurance.
Franklin D. Roosevelt said, “A good leader can 't get too far ahead of his followers. “ President Obama in my opinion has the values to be a great leader. People want a leader with principles that have the best interest at hand. Obama is an individual who is less concerned about public opinion than he is doing what is right for the country. President Obama has the integrity that makes him a great leader. This is the man I want to run for my country he has courage to do what is best for us all. He respects all organizations, regardless of the history or the person that started the program. Raising taxes on the wealthy and giving a tax break on the lower and middle class shows the fairness that the country wanted to see from the start but no one had the guts to do it.
In my opinion, the most

In addition, great leaders must have the desire to want to leader others. It is not reasonable to believe that a great leader can not have both some innate abilities as well as some sound training in leadership.…
