I, JOHN BLAIR COOK, of 212 Kings Gate Court, Austin, Texas, being of sound mine and disposing memory, being of legal age, and realizing the uncertainty of life and the certainty of death, do make, publish, and declare this instrument as my Last Will and Testament, hereby expressly revoking any and all Wills and Codicils made by me at any time heretofore.

FIRST: I direct that any devisee, legatee, or beneficiaries who shall contest this will shall not be entitled to share in my estate.
SECOND: I authorize my executor and my trustee First Federal Bank of Fargo to exercise any and all powers as set forth in North Dakota Century Code Sec. 35 50 101 to 35 50 105 all of which powers are incorporated here in by reference as fully as if copied here in verbatim.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto signed and subscribed my name to this my Last Will and Testament, consisting of this and (10) preceding typewritten pages; and for the purpose of identification, I have initialed each such page, all in the presence of the persons witnessing it at my request on this the 26th day of December, 2012, at Austin Texas.


The foregoing instrument, consisting of this and (10) proceeding pages was signed, sealed, published, and declared by JOHN BLAIR COOK, the Testator to be his last will and testament. AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESSES TO PROVE WILL

We, ROBERT F. HART, CONA A. GIVAN, AND DIANNE M. BERLIN, after first being duly sworn according to law, make oath to the following:
1. That we are adult citizens of Cherokee County, Texas, and were so on the date of the signing of the Will of JOHN BLAIR COOK.
2. That we witnessed the execution of the Last Will and Testament of JOHN BLAIR COOK, dated December 26, 2012, to which this Affidavit is attached.
3. That this Affidavit is being made at the request of the testator.
