Katniss Everdeen Character
The character I have chosen to analyze is Katniss Everdeen from the Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins. Katniss is the main protagonist of the book. She has a very complicated personality. She can be extremely rude and bitter toward others because of here father's passing and her mother's neglect.But when it comes to her sister, Primrose, she is extremely caring and passionate. Katniss confirms this when she volunteers as tribute at the reaping for her twelve year old sister. Her best friend is Gale Hawthorne, a fellow member of District 12. Who also lost his father in the same mining accident as Katniss's and that similarity drew them closer.The two of them spend time rebelling in a minor way; hunting in the woods.
