Do you believe that people should already know that the food is unhealthy and beautiful people won’t eat that type of food?

How many of you people know that the food is unhealthy but still eat this type of food? Do you think that beautiful people like model and actress eat unhealthy food? Advertisements usually state that how tasty and nutrition junk foods are, and never mention the value of sugars or fats contained in junk foods. I am here to ask all of you that advertisements should be charged if they are giving out false information on junk foods.

The phrase "junk food" itself speaks of endangerment to health. Junk food typically contains high levels from sugar or fat with little protein and minerals. Foods usually considered junk foods are salted snack foods, gum, candy, fast food, and carbonated drinks. People should acknowledge that junk foods contained high amount of chemical substance, which will lead various disease. Yes, junk foods are tasty and the sweetness gives you pleasure, but health is way more important if you people don’t take the first step to avoid! As we said, prevention is better than cure.

Next, why do beautiful people won’t eat junk foods? Reason is beautiful people are very concern their body appearance and health. Especially for actors and actresses, they have to keep their body figure and physical appearance very well. Once they take high amount of junk food, it will be addictive and cause weight gained and constipation problem. Excessive intake of junk foods causes obesity to our body. What is obesity? Obesity is a medical condition in which excess body fat has accumulated in the human body where will lead to various disease and certain type of cancer. According to National Institute for Health and Clinic Excellence, 40,000 deaths a year due to consumption of junk food.

Lastly, Junk food is a waste of money because it has no nutrition value, it makes you obese and it's very unhealthy in your every day meals, so you end up buying it and it's just a waste. We would prefer spent our money on nutrition food like organic food.

As they always say it, whatever is avoided comes so tasty. Ice cream, chocolate, junk foods, fries, burgers, potato chips and shakes are all tempting. You eat what you are – Every 35 days, your skin and liver replaces itself. Your body makes these cells from the food you eat. What you are literally becomes you. You have a choice in what you made of.
