My wife, who for years had vision problems, no longer wears glasses or contacts and she is nearly 60 years of age. The change happened in just about a month from juicing wheatgrass. Some people even claim that their hair, which had turned gray, has actually reverted to its original youthful color after juicing wheatgrass. Sorry, I got sidetracked on wheatgrass. The important thing to know is that juicing will do wonders for your eyes, hair, skin, and nails.
