Jonbenet's Murder Case Study

There are many assumptions about how killed and JonBen`et and why. But If I had to pick a guilty party base on the facts of the case I would conclude that the murders would be the Father John and the mother Patricia. The author Biography (2017) highlights some key facts of physical evidence that point to the father and mother. The First factual piece of evidence is the Ransom note that was written. Handwriting experts tested the father and the mother, and the mother’s test proved inconclusive. Consequently, a practice note was also found in the home. Secondly, the duct tapes that was placed over JonBen`et mouth contained fabric from the mother’s clothes. The Third piece of evidence is the coroner report. The coroner report states that JonBen`et died of blunt force trauma to the head and then she was strangled.
I believe Patricia stuck JonBen’et and the father helped her cover the murder. Fourth, there were no mentions of signs that JonBenet struggled. This proves that the victim knew and trusted he attacker or attackers. The fifth piece of factual evidence is that the person who killed JonBen’et had access to enter and leave the homes since there were no signs of forced entry. The sixth piece of physical evidence is that the father left the home and returned to discover JonBen’et body in the basement covered with a blanket.
