Objective: To study various airlines in Indian aviation Industry To study and analyze Strategic Management decisions of different airlines in IAI

Scope of the project To understand and study the concepts of strategic management. To study the management decision of Domestic airlines in IAI. The project will involve Strategic management analysis using Pest Analysis, SWOT analysis, Tows Analysis etc.

Data Collection Secondary data collected through various magazines, books,

Newspapers , case studies and internet will be used. Data Analysis The project analysis will involve Pest Analysis, SWOT analysis, Tows analysis etc.
