Katie Poe Ms. Powell English 12 – Period 4 22 February 2013 Jeffrey Lionel Dahmer Jeffrey Lionel Dahmer was a serial killer, and sex offender. Jeffrey did his killings in 1978 and 1991. Jeffrey raped his victims dead or alive. Jeffrey would also cut off their limbs, and eat them. Jeffrey Lionel Dahmer was born May 21, 1960. Jeffrey lived in West Allis,Wisconsin. Jeffrey's parents are Joyce Annette Dahmer and Lionel Herbert Dahmer. Joyce had a challenging pregnancy with, David, his brother. At 8 years old he moved to Bath Ohio with his family. Jeffrey would hunt around for dead animals, and dissect them. Jeffrey didn’t show any interest in making friends. Joyce and Lionel divorced in 1977. Joyce ended up dying from cerebral palsy. Jeffrey became a loner in high school, he also became an alcoholic by the end of the school year. Soon after high school Jeffrey applied to The Ohio State University. Jeffrey got accepted, and started doing bad. Jeffrey’s main priority was to skip class, and drink. Jeffrey ended up dropping out. Jeffrey’s dad, Lionel, made him apply to the Army. Jeffrey was accepted, and was doing good. After 2 years Jeffrey’s drinking problem got him kicked out. Jeffrey received a plane ticket to go any where he wanted. Jeffrey chose Miami Beach, Florida because he couldn’t tell his dad he failed. Jeffrey got arrested for disorderly conduct. Jeffrey moved in with his grandma, but than started acting weird. Jeffrey stole a guy mannequin, hid a gun and brought dead squirrels home. In 1982 Jeffrey got arrested for showing off certain parts of his body in public. In 1986 Jeffrey got arrested for masturbating in front of 2 boys. Jeffrey had his first killing in 1978. Jeffrey was 18. Jeffrey was driving and a hitchhiker, Stephen Hicks, asked for a ride.
