Jane Addams: A Short Story
It was a cold night and I lie down in a room with my friend Jane. Her full name is Jane Addams. She had just been on a trip to Europe then Baltimore trying to find herself but I saw that she still wondered what she would do with her life.

"What does this plan include?"
"Well why don't Ellen and I make own version Toynbee for people who need it here in Chicago.." She suggested.
My mind swirled with so many thoughts. All I could think of was the things people would say, do, and think.
"What about the backlash you'll both get? If it doesn't work as well as London's? Aren't you worried about that?"
Jane nodded her head and shrugged. She looked at

I looked around and I wasn’t in my room anymore, I was in the hospital during my grandpa’s surgery.
