Is health care considered a right or a privilege? Health care is primarily considered a right that should be provided to individuals. Accessing basic medical services is important to ensure effective delivery of treatments for various diseases and emergencies. Modern medical discoveries has provided several opportunities and innovated the way science and medicine is used to deliver services to patients. The Canadian Health Care System has enabled citizens to receive proper preventative care as well as medical treatments from hospitals, physicians, and other medical services.
