Interview
Here's an example of an interview answer that does just that:

"I am someone who keeps a busy schedule and enjoys getting a lot done. But at times, it's hard for me to take a step back and get perspective. I've learned that I need to push myself to look around for more efficient solutions and to ensure that I delegate work to others to be as effective as possible.”

If we take a closer look, here's what this answer really says:

Strength: "I am someone who keeps a busy schedule and enjoys getting a lot done.” Weakness: "But at times, it's hard for me to take a step back and get perspective.”

Correction: “I've learned that I need to push myself to look around for more efficient solutions and to ensure that I delegate work to others to be as effective as possible.”

Here's another example of a good answer to the "biggest weakness" question:

"I consider myself to be someone who is creative and imaginative, and I enjoy developing new approaches to solve problems.

“But I've needed to recognize that a new approach may be less effective than the tried and true. I am careful not to always push for the new way and to learn how others have been successful before me.”

One more time, here's a break-down of why this answer works so well: Strength: "I consider myself to be someone who is creative and imaginative, and I enjoy developing new approaches to solve problems.”

Weakness: "But I've needed to recognize that a new approach may be less effective than the tried and true.”

Correction: "I am careful not to always push for the new way and to learn how others have been successful before

One of my huge weaknesses is low self-esteem and confidence (Bethel University, 2014). Having this as a poor skill in life makes a lot of the other skills hard to conquer. I think if I had a higher confidence level then maybe I wouldn’t struggle so much with public speaking, management of people and seeking support from others. I don’t give myself enough credit and I am hard on myself. Another weakness that I struggle with is the ability to focus on one thing at a time. I have struggled with this quality as far back as I can remember. My mind is always racing and trying to complete more than more thing at a time.…

I am a critical thinker, I use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions. For example, I help my mum to run her small commerce by anticipating possible economic and human consequences that may lead to an increase in sales and a reduction in cost. As there is a huge demand for Ivorian food products within African communities in the UK, I am constantly putting together a series of marketing tactics to get the word out about my mothers' food products, I also create opportunities for customers to taste a range of products at special events.…
