How I Start Saving

It started from zero to thousands of dollars, what is it? Money. It was my senior year of high school, people started talking about where they are going to do after high school, some of them decided to go to college to continue study, others decided to get a job, few of them don't know where they going . I chose to go to college. The moment i decided to go to college , the problem comes, I realized that I don't really have money to afford college degrees, and i don't want to ask my parents to pay for it too,To start saving money you have to know how to get the money first. Soon I figure my way out. I thought about working in my uncle's restaurant might help me out with the money issue, and I was really lucky that they was trying to hire a full time waitress at the same time. Saving money is not easy for me , I tried it couple times before ,but every time it get up to hundreds of dollars , I will spend it all. To do it i have to learn how to escape from the mall .online shopping store. How would I do this? Not to buy a lot of clothing , accessories and everything that I like. My intuition told me, it's gonna be difficult. I started working as a waitress the first day of summer vacation, The restaurant don't have morning shift or night shift. So everybody just work eight hours a day. It was a long time for me. But the money I got worth the hard work I had put in, even though this is not what I wanted to do, but you got to do what you have to do even if you don't like or agree with it, Kind of sad, isn't it? In the following weeks, I served about 50 tables everyday, I took their orders, refill their drinks and clean tables, did a lots of works. But i earn my first one thousand dollar. I wanted to have an I Pad. I think ,think and think, and I also went to the Apple store,my craving was heating my heart,"buy it, buy it , buy it ." But I tell myself "wait, I don't have

My thought on college in high school were “I don’t really want to continue my education for another four years”. That was until my high school counselor called me to her office seeing that I didn’t apply for schools. She explained that I wouldn’t be able to get a good job or ever own a house without a college degree, so that fear pushed me into continuing my education. My parents were the same way they also told me “most jobs would hire a college graduate over a high school graduate”. That was the final push towards the path of…

Honestly, I know little to nothing about the cost of college, but I have seen the toll of it from my parents. With my sister already in her junior year in a state university, they’ve told me time and time again to save water and electricity to reduce the costs of the bills. When I asked about it they listed to me all the different types of expenses they’ve had to pay for my sister: housing, tuition, food, and clothing. As a high school senior about to graduate and about to go to college, my parents had to pool their savings and what other money they have so that they can brace themselves to support me as well when I continue my education. Although it will be me in campus doing all the work, the cost itself to get me there is a heavy burden…
