How to Fry Fish Frying fish is one of the most delicious ways to cook any kind fish. Today, I will introduce one skillful way how to fry fish. We have three major steps to complete frying tasty fried fish. Fish step is to wash it, then prepare the mixture, and finally step is to fry the fish. Let’s do the first job. Before frying the fish. It is ncessary to wash it very cleanly. Nobody want to eat a unwashed fried fish. As a common sense, the scales have to been removed. Inadition, entrails also should be cleaned. Furthermore, we do not need the fish head, so take it away. Then use a lot of water to rinse the whole fish for a while. This is the first step, not the most important, but it is most necessary one. The second step is significant. Whther the fried fish is tasty or not, it depends on how delicious mixture we prepare. As a result, I will emphasize on the second step. The most complete and thorough way to coat fish (or anything for pan frying) includes three steps: flour, egg, salt, pepper, final coating of bread crumbs, cracker crumbs, cornmeal and beer. On your left, set up a plate, shallow bowl or tray with about 1 cup flour for every pound of fish and mix in 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper and a dash of cayenne pepper, if you like.
In the center, thoroughly whisk 2 eggs for each pound of fish in a swallow bowl.
On the right, prepare a large plate or tray with about 2 cups of bread crumbs, cracker crumbs, cornmeal, and pull in 1 cup beer. Let the mixture cool for 30 minutes. Then place a fillet on the flour, pat down, turn, and pat on the other side to thoroughly coat the fillet with t thin layer of flour. Shake off any excess flour. Dip fish fillet in egg mixture, turning as necessary to coat completely. Lift fish fillet out of egg and let any excess drip off.Lay fish in the

Fish have lots of protein and are very healthy. Most people think just because they don't have a fishing pole and hooks they cannot get fish. Nothing could be farther from the truth, a lot of deferent fish hooks, spears and traps can be made of wood and carved with a knife. If you are fishing with a hook and line there are a few important things you will need. You will need a hook, line, and bait. If you don't have these things they can be easily made. To make a fish hook all you need is a knife and some wood or bone. A very simple and effective hook to make is a gorge hook. All you need to do is take a stick, break it to the length needed then sharpen it into a point at both ends. If you don't have a line you can make one out of tough plant fibers. Basswood, elm, cedar, nettle, yucca are very good plans to use. The fiber will be easier to work with if it is soaked in water for a few minutes. To make the fibers into strong line, tie two ends together, then start twisting the fibers clockwise, twist each one individually and not together, until tight. Then wrap them together in a counter clockwise and tie them at the end. The opposite twisting and wrapping help keep the line from unwinding. To get bait use bugs or worms. When you fish cut open the belly to see what they are eating. If you don't want to stay with your line for hours there are things to do so you don't have to sit there with it. You can make a Twitch-up…
