2.0 Description
2.1 The most changes is shown from Canada, Italy, Japan and France. Italy is the highest rate in 1970 with 29.5% followed by France with 18.7%. Japan is next with 17.6% and Canada is the lowest rate with 5.6%.
2.2 From 1990 to 2000, Canada increased to 11.5%. France, Italy and Japan, However, decreased to 12.5%, 17.6%, 12.1%. Although Italy dropped sharply, It’s still the highest.
2.3 The other hand, UK and USA has dropped slightly from 9.2% to 8.2%, 8.2% to 5.5% while Germany stayed as the same rate with 13.8%.
2.4 In 2000, Canada is the lowest rate with 1.9% which is about one over ten of its 1990 rate. Otherwise, Japan and France has the highest rate with 13.6% followed by Germany, Italy, UK with around 11%. Us is second from the lowest rate with 4.0. US has dropped from 1970 to 2000.

Overall, Italy has shown the most decrease while Canada has shown the most dramatic rate.
