How Does Too Much Screen Time Affect Social Skills
Nowadays with all new types of technology, people and teenagers in specific spend a lot of time on their screens. Excessive screen time is a major issue that needs to be monitored. It could really affect many people in many different ways. It could possibly even be dangerous if one uses it to much. Too much screen time has a negative affect socially, emotionally, and mentally for developing teenagers, because they won't develop the appropriate social skills, they can see pictures that can be emotionally detrimental for them, and it can be harmful for their health.
Social skills are a very important aspect in a person's life. If people are on screens to much it can affect their social skills and they won't be able to communicate with people as easily. Too much screen time can affect someone's conversation. Texting language is very

The more you are on the screens the more damage it can do to a person's health, and the more negative effects it can have. One health hazard that too much screen time can cause is to the brain. This effect to the brain has to do with sleep deprivation. Screen time to close to when a person goes to bed gives the brain the impression that he isn't ready to go to sleep yet, which makes people have trouble falling asleep. The LED lights from the screen causes parts of the brain to go really fast and crazy then distract the person from calming down in order to fall asleep. If a person of not completely functional or alert during the day because of sleep deprivation negative effects can happen. A person won't be able to do the best he can which can lead to other events, such as grades dropping and not paying attention in class. Therefore sleep deprivation is a big health issue, that can negatively affect people because of too much screen time. If people keep doing this it will just become a vicious cycle and more health issues will keep on
