When Geoff went to high school he was about thirty feet tall. Geoff was very strong as well he could pick up a car without breaking a sweat but he was very shy. Geoff was very kind to people but due to his height people would make fun of him or even hurt him. Geoff was too scared to say anything so he would usually run away, his parents at first be around and help him, but when he went to school his nightmare began. About an hour later the animals arrived and everyone surrounded the cages with the tigers and lions. Everyone was so close to the cage that it started cause the lock to go loose and eventually the lock broke and the animals escaped the cages and attacked the students. One by one the students were eaten by the animals, Geoff’s first move was to run but he eventually he realized that if he ran away and didn’t save anyone he would feel guilty, so Geoff started to attack the tigers by lifting them one by one and throwing them back into the cage and for the students that were eaten they were still alive in the tiger's stomach so he punched its stomach and all the students came out alive with only a few scratches. Geoff carried on to the lions and did the same thing but this time he made sure the lock was on properly so the animals could not escape from the

The sky was raining ever so slightly over Canbourne Cove High School. In Canbourne Cove, there was a student named Sam Salvatore. Sam was what every kid would call a nerd. He would complete all his learning tasks to a high standard. He was a typical kid, he had brown eyes, brown hair and wore glasses. He was one of those students who would do their top button up. If he didn’t have it done up he could not continue his day. However, Sam had a sad side. Other students would tease him because of his physical appearance. Especially ‘The Bower brothers.’ Bradley, Barry and Ben. They weren’t really brothers, that’s just what people called them. Sam was a little bit over weight compared to the other students.…

A concerned policeman breaks the news at a parent evening and Dewey is chased out of Horace Green by angry parents. He immediately reverts to old habits, sleeping in and feeling sorry for himself, but the students are determined to see it through. Once again they find themselves without a teacher and take advantage of the situation by tricking the bus driver to take them to the show, picking up Dewey on the way. Running late there is only time for one song and Dewey shows his increased maturity by recommending they play ‘Zack’s song’ as he finally realises the students are ‘better than’ him. They play the song to rapturous applause, but Dewey’s excitement vanishes when No Vacancy are announced as winners. The students remind Dewey of some of his critical lessons, ‘Rock isn’t about getting an A’ and ‘Don’t let the man get you down’. The band is called back for an encore and Dewey is vindicated when Principal Mullins, the parents and even Ned, forgive him and join in the celebrations. This reminds us of Ms Mullins’ words, ‘You are a dedicated, talented teacher, and those parents are gonna love you.’ Dewey’s words, ‘Look they’re really cool kids, and if they were mine, I would be so proud’ are even more insightful and show his transformation from wannabe rock star to an inspiring…

The seasonal shift from winter to summer represents the boys’ fall into maturity, proving the theme that the loss of innocence is painful and unavoidable. While introducing the Devon School, Gene explains early on that "During the winter[,] most of [the dormitory Masters] regard anything unexpected in a student with suspicion...[but on] clear June days...they appear to uncoil...[and] a streak of tolerance is detectable" (Knowles 23). The Devon School, one of the most flourishing and strict boarding schools in New Hampshire, takes boys and toughens them into men using a rigorous lifestyle. In the summer, however, the teachers let the boys skip meals and ditch school. Gene suspects that the Devon faculty lessens their grip over the boys because he and the other Lower Middlers, two ranks below the seniors, remind the teachers of youthful peace. Therefore, the students’ summer session symbolizes a naïve phase in their lives before they reach the vast confusions and troubles of adulthood. However, when Gene’s dormitory Master, Mr.Ludsbury, returns to the school, Mr.Ludsbury chides Gene, lecturing that “everything went straight to seed during the summer” and he declares that he will “put… the dormitory back together”(Knowles 81). With the inescapable coming of winter, order returns to…

Are we really free? As Americans, we like to think that we can do what we want. But maybe it shouldn’t be that way. Most students use texting, email, and social network sites. But some students abuse the methods and cause big problems. I am recommending that the school adopt a policy that allows the school to limit students’ online speech. There are three reasons why this is a good idea: cyberbullying is a widespread problem, it is materially disruptive, and schools have a duty to protect the civil rights of students, teachers, and administrators.…
