Are you always in a rush in the morning? In High School, many people are always in a rush to get to school on time. Some might not be able to eat breakfast because school starts at 7:24 and it takes a long time to get ready. You have to shower , Dry off, change, put deodorant, brush your teeth, and eat breakfast. It almost takes an hour to get ready. High school in california should start later in the morning because It lets students eat breakfast without a rush, It raises grades up, and you stay in a good mood. Breakfast is considered an important meal because it breaks the overnight fasting period, replenishes your supply of glucose and provides other essential nutrients to keep your energy levels up throughout
