What is it about today 's action movies that draw your attention? Murder, Deceit, Treason, Back-Stabbing Friends? Maybe a little of all of these? But did you know you can find all of these attributes and MORE in a play written in the 1500 's!?

William Shakespeare was a master of suspense and drama, two elements found in one of his most famous works, The Tragedy of Julius Caesar. What was it about the historic Roman, Julius Caesar, that so intrigued William Shakespeare?
As you journey through this research process, you will find the answer to this question and more!

After researching your topic, you will write a research paper with internal citations and a works cited page for 100 points. The objective of this assignment is to learn the research process and gather background information essential to analyzing the play Julius Caesar.
