Please review Zachi’s emails, including Terms of Engagement agreement with Pearl Cohen and a list of required details for the Israeli subsidiary incorporation process.
As for the Israeli subsidiary name, it should be in English and Hebrew (minimum 3 letters).
To avoid issues with the registrar because of potential conflicts with existing companies’ names, I suggest that you will define a prioritized list on 3-4 names for the Israeli subsidiary.
I assume you would prefer names like Knack Ltd. (או אולי קנאק בע"מ נאק בע"מ), Knack Israel Ltd.
