1. What accounts for Hershey customer’s brand loyalty? Provide examples to support your argument.
The consumer decision making is what everyone uses when they purchase any product or service. It is important to know how this process works in order to stay in business. Hershey chocolates rely on brand loyalty for its consumers to consume their products. i. Good quality of the chocolate.

Hershey’s is a leading snack food company and the largest North American manufacturer of quality chocolate and non-chocolate confectionery products. The company played an important role in increasing U.S candy sales. In 1999 the retail confectionery sales grew at a rate of 4 percent, which was greater than the average growth rate within the general packaged food industry. After that there is increase in competition in between candy industry. So, Hershey has diversified its product line and combines with Breyer’s Company. Hershey was found 100 years back, and they are committed to continue making the world’s best chocolate products in Hershey. In fact, Hershey is creating one of the largest, most advanced chocolate facilities in the company. In the early 1990s the Hershey Company introduced a number of new products; the most successful new product in the company’s history is Hershey’s Kisses with Almonds. Because of the good quality of chocolate the Hershey received the Equitrend Outstanding Quality Award in 1991. Hershey’s milk chocolate bars was the highest rated confectionary brand. The company also gains good names from their customers. So, the brand loyalty of Hershey Company is very strong. Customers who well have known about the company and also Hershey products because the Hershey Company received award based on a national survey that measured how consumers perceived the quality of 1990 nationally recognized brand names.

Following an incomplete rural school education, he was apprenticed at the age of fifteen but was fired shortly after.
