In order to maintain a healthy lifestyle it is very important to eat healthy and exercise everyday. The food pyramid is scientist proven to be a need for everyone. Everyone must eat fruits, vegetables, proteins, oils, fats, grains, and dairy products daily and regularly to maintain a healthy and balanced nutritional diet.
One of the major food groups would have to be grains. Now grains are a very important part of the food pyramid, it’s the biggest section actually. This section includes bread, rice, cereal, oatmeal, and many many more options to choose from. Grains help keep your body active and alert.
Proteins, is another large area of nutritional value in your diet. Proteins are products such as beans, and meats. These help you gain muscle for strength and stamina. Protein size portions also known as proportions are all based on whether you are a male or female, your age, and your weight.
Fruits and vegetables have to be a habit in your lifestyle. Remember to eat a rainbow every day, it will make a difference. Red apples, orange oranges, yellow bananas, green spinach, blue blueberries, purple grapes are just one example of a rainbow. Make your own and different unique rainbow fit in your day every day. Fruits and vegetables are considered the food for the brain.
Milk, eggs, yogurt are just some of the few dairy products there are though. If you want to grow tall and strong, and have bright white healthy teeth make sure to have plenty of dairy in your menu throughput the day. Dairy helps keep the bone marrow you have always active so your bones can be tough enough to go through a lot. Your teeth are also bones so dairy also helps them stay healthy and strong.
Fats and oils are things that your body also must have although ever too much. Portions are a big factor in this food group because too much fat and oils are not good for you. Also never forget to exercise at least thirty minutes daily the exercise will help your blood get pumping helping you stay awake and focused for the day. So this concludes that and I hope this explains the importance of a healthy diet and lifestyle.
