Harley Quinnzel Research Paper
It all started in 1994, when Harley Quinn was arrested into a federal prison, after giving birth to her baby girl Quinnzel. Quinnzel’s father was the one and only Joker. The Joker raised Quinnzel by himself. She was crazier than him and more insane than Harley. Quinnzel, just like her father had the big obnoxious/evil grin. Quinnzel’s hair was half purple and half pink. Most people though she was a spitting image of Harley.
By the time Quinnzel was 14, her and her father planned to help Harley escape.The general of the prison Harley was kept in was named Robert Johnson. Robert raised his only son Blake To never let the villain win, no matter what.That day when Quinnzel and the Joker planned to break out Harley, Robert thought Blake was now …show more content…
I have some business to take care of.” Bruce said in a serious tone. Ever since that day, Bruce treated Blake as a son. Bruce showed Blake the way to be a hero. By the time Blake was 16 he was basically running his own facility for criminals.
Blake is now 20, he was locked up over 80 of the world's most wanted criminals. The worst of the worst are Deadshot, boomerang, Killer-Croc, El-Diablo, and Harley Quinn. Blake caught Harley in a car accident. Blake uses his strength and his ability to think unlike any other to trick and capture the criminals. But Blake doesn’t just want Harley he wants the whole klan.
The best way Blake could think of getting close to the family was to go undercover. Blake was now known as an insane killer. After a while he made his way into Quinzel’s heart. Quinzel fell madly in love with Blake, and secretly he did love her but Blake knew he cannot let anyone know. Quinzel finally invited Blake to meet the Joker. Two days later Blake met Quinzel in a old abandoned house.     The Character Blake has some distinct morality issues that projects the evil he has done. Blake the evil force in the story posses many character flaws that are indicative of the force he portrays. He is self-absorbed, manipulative and shallow and has isolated himself from his friends and family. Blake sacrifices his relationships to give into his sexual desires, which is our first indication of his evil streak. He sleeps with Mr. Dent, his secretary, and proceeds to fire her. As a result of Blake's many one night stands, in which he manipulates which to sleep with him, he loses his wife, son, and friends. He is so incredibly shallow and self-involved, that he married his wife for her beauty alone. He has no attraction to her in old age. He does not even pretend to love his wife "The physical charms that had been her only attraction were gone"(559). His neighbors and friends hear of the evil Blake has done to his own wife, and as a result they reject Blake as a friend. His self involved attitude prevents him from coming that he has no companions. When his neighbor, Mrs. Compton, cannot give him a friendly smile, we read that "the swift death of Mrs. Compton's smile did not affect him at all"(554). His evil self consumption prevents him from caring whether or not people accept him. We find yet another example of Blake's immoral actions through himself. He fails to confirm a crying Mrs. Dent "he felt too contended and warm and sleepy to worry about her tears"(553). Blake has no compassion for others; he only worries about his own affairs. This is indicative that Blake is morally wrong.…

    In his poem “The Little Black Boy” from “Songs of Innocence,” William Blake exposes his white Christian audience to an innocent little black boy who narrates his own story. The little boy, sitting under a tree in his mother’s lap, learns a valuable lesson about color and God. This poem was written as the abolitionist movement was recently becoming known. Blake and other writers participated to advance the cause of this movement by exposing the white Christian audience to the message of change. Transcending color, the spiritual and divine love seems to be the overall theme of the poem, however, a deep examination of the poem reveals the quintessential theme. Seeking to move his readers and convince them to share his unique vision of the world, Blake successfully invokes the innocence of the little black boy in order to advance not only the message of change but more importantly to lay his argument for the "Universal Man."
