Happiness
Nowadays people often feel miserable and unhappy. It’s the modern society with it’s problems that brings uncertainty and creates fear. Happiness and contentment are very desired. Many seek for the secret of happiness and create theories of how to overcome the sorrow, but it is also known that happiness lies in side you and there is no secret formula for it. I think that happiness is mostly brought to you by events in life, such as weddings, birthdays and other celebrations and also the people you love – your best friend, the one you love or maybe someone you don’t even know. What makes me really smile, is when I’m with my friends in a cozy cafe and we all just joke around. These are the moments I treasure and will always remember. Some people enjoy it when they can bring happiness to others. For example my mother always says that she’s the happiest when her family and her children are happy, that’s why she feels it’s important to sometimes treat us a little or take us out for some fun. Others like to work for charity and help those who can’t help themselves, it makes them feel like they have done a good deed. Happiness is very important for all living beings in this world. It makes us feel good and when things are done with a good feeling they come out good too. I guess that’s why everyone denies their misery and stress – they hope that it will actually make them happier and fool others to think they’re alright. I believe that the best thing to do is to let your emotions out when it’s proper because once you have, it will be a great relieve. Always deal with your feelings and don’t hide them. In my opinion, that is the real key to happiness and contentment.
