Description of the situation:
Tom Marting as a specialist for the hand hygiene company is responsible for developing an appropriate strategy for sustainability and life cycle assessment of his company. On one hand, the company has faced with several challenges like "they are considered as a strong leader in north American markets but they have limited presence in the other arias", "for becoming a sustainable organization by embedding sustainability in everything; depends on how well the company integrated its goals such as saving lives and making life better through well-being solutions either from marketing or internal sustainability initiative perspectives". Apart from the aforementioned problems, in the first level, the company had to develop a sustainable chemical strategy which should be includes some principles related to the concern about preventing the risk of having environmentally or socially negative effects provided by their chemical products.
2. The significant challenge for the company at second level was identifying potential negative impacts related to the materials which are used in the production process in the company. In this case head of the company argued that "accounting for all the enterprise's environmental impacts, analyzing them so their consequences are fully understood and then using this information to help guide business decisions."
3. The most obvious action in the company to make a significant distinction within the company products and their competitors was developing a new hand cleaner product which was both effective and gentle spurred comparing to the other available products in the market.
4. By exposing more people to the health benefits of the company products as well as bringing new markets value to the company's beneficiaries, company successfully entered into the new markets sections as well as expending their share in the hand cleaning

It is essential for the company to allocate special fund for research group who are responsible for analyzing new material which are mightily used in the new chemical products in terms of having environmentally or socially negative effects.
b. Also, as it mentioned on the above, the company can gain competitive advantages by developing a new hand cleaner product which has both effective and gentle spurred comparing to the other available products in the market.
c. Having more public events as well as some educational and advertisement, the company can follow its principal goals as be sustainable through sustainable ways of working. Therefore, the company can successfully entered into the new markets sections as well as expending their share in the hand cleaning markets.
d. Not to be left behind that in order to achieve the aforementioned target the company needs to start changes from inside toward the outside of the company. It means that company should establish, and run nonstop educational and encouraging system of learning and observing the markets' reactions to their products. This will not be achieved without having a creative and encouraging environment for the employees who are selected based on special method of recruitment by which company just hires the most imaginative and talented
