Do you know about hammurabi's code.Hammurabi is a king who ruled babylon.Hammurabi's code are laws he made to protect his people.The purpose of his code was to protect his people.Hammurabi's code is just for two reasons creation of the codes and property laws.

Examples of just laws can first be found in the area of property law. Document D says
“if a man has borrowed money to plant his fields and a storm has flooded or carried away his crops in that year he does not have to pay his creditor”.In my own words this means that if someone bporrows money from someone and his crops fooded or carried away by a flood he doesnt have to pay the person.This evidence says that hammurabis code is just because it wasnt the persons fault that his crops were carried away.In document D it says …show more content…
Conclusion In conclusion, there are just laws in Hammurabi’s Code. These laws are just because he gave people things back and the gods gave him the right to rule.It is also just because he said people dont have to pay people back if there plants were
