Goal Of Long Term Care
The goal of the long term care is to allow the patients to attain and maintain their highest level of functioning for as long as possible. There are different types of long term care. The first one is home care; this can be provided in the houses of the patients by professionals, volunteer, family members or friends. The second one is community services, this services work as support services that most of the times include an adult day care, transportation and meal programs
