“How does leadership development contribute to measurable changes in organizational performance, that is, behavior changes in teams and the results they produce that contribute to the organization’s overall goals” (Goleman, 2000)? Leadership Training program has become one of the most vital parts of many organizations movement to improve their operations. Here in this report, we will investigate the reasons and the impacts of an effective Leadership Training program in the public sector as well as the private sector; and we will analyze the changes in the organization’s ability to improve their operations based on this data. Having competent employees, highly technical equipment and well-designed programs does not assure high performance in operating an effective organization. Good leadership and management practices are harder to gauge than other facets of high-performing organizational system but are nonetheless correspondingly important.
