GMO FRIEND OR FOE
Remember the good old days when your food would come straight from the local farm and you would know exactly what it was you were eating. No questions or second thought of “is this a healthy meal?” Back in those days you Wouldn’t have to go to a grocery store and struggle to find organic or GMO free food. So what is a GMO? A GMO or genetically modified organism is a form of gene tampering or manipulation commonly used in produce. GMOS were first created in the year 1980. GMO Were approved by the FDA in the year 1982. So now that you have that brief introduction in GMOS, lets talk a little bit about the history behind them. Humulin which is insulin produced from a modified form of E-COLI this was the first ever FDA approved GMO on the market. When Humulin was invented it was a true medical breakthrough that made insulin for diabetic patients extremely affordable, so affordable In fact that even those who had no insurance could easily obtain it. Animals are also at risk to serious defects illness, and sicknesses due to being injected now a days with these gene altering shots. So how do we avoid putting these poisons in our body? Well, changing diet from a GMO rich diet to and natural organic and GMO diet. Exercise to help flush out your body and the toxins from within. Vitamins and minerals to make sure your body is getting proper nutrients.
In Conclusion it would seem that GMOS were once created for the betterment of mankind. It looks like somewhere down the road they discovered the profit they could pull from injecting our foods with these genes. The only way we can fight back is to avoid GMO foods and show them that we will not deliberately poison our bodies simply because its cheaper. Only you can protect yourself. Is your body worth
