Introduction
Unemployment means the state of being without any work both for educated and uneducated person for earning one's livelihood. Our focus is only the educated unemployment person in Bangladesh. It is a great concern in Bangladesh. Every year hundreds of thousands student are coming out from college and university. At present the toughest task for any young educated man is to manage a job. An educated person has to run year after year from office to office to find out a job. Hundreds of candidates swarm over a single post. Though it is one of the major responsibilities of the Government to provide job to those young generation but the Government is failed to meet the job demand among the large population. Only a tiny fraction of total jobless is managed by different government offices and private organization but a majority remain unemployed.

Overall Aim & Objective
The main objective of this research is to find out the reasons behind the unemployment in our country.
And the specific objective of the research is to
Find out how much increase or decrease of Unemployed people in Bangladesh from 2000-2011.
Find out the Unemployment rate.

Problem Statement
“Why most of the educated people are unemployed in Bangladesh?”

Scope of the research
We are doing this research for the purpose of public awareness. Currently 47% of educated people are unemployed in our country. So there is a good scope for conducting our research and probably we can get a possible solution by this research. We have the ability, enough volunteer for our research who can give us actual information that we need.

Target Audience
In every year almost half of the graduates came to the job market but they are not getting appropriate jobs according to merit or staying unemployed. So, those peoples are our target people or audience for this research.
