Job Title: Field Service Technician
Job Description
Install, uninstall, and repair broadband communications systems which include things such as cable, and internet. Performance of those tasks must be done in compliance with our company technical standards.
Interview
I interviewed my Father who is a telecommunications engineer who specializes as a field service technician. I asked him a few standard interview questions that could help me see if he is a good candidate for the job. These questions were as listed:
1. Do you have any experience in this field of work and if so how many years?
Answer: I have over 15 years of experience in this field of work. I worked for a cable company in Toledo for many years so I’m pretty familiar with routes
