Fantasy Football Research Paper
Fantasy football is a thing that my dad and I do to know eachother better at knowing the players or just the rules in football, but my dad wanted to take it to the next level. So we went on a trip to see the Pittsburgh Steelers in real life. My best day ever was when I took a trip to the Hall Of Fame, a Pittsburgh game, and just spending time with my family.
My family and I went on a trip. It was me, Danesa is my youngest sister, Todd is my dad, and Renee is my dad’s girlfriend. First we went to Omaha to get a car. Then we drove for hours on hours to about 100 miles from the Hall Of Fame. We stopped and got some sleep for the night because it was so dark out. Then the next morning I was so excited because I was going to see the Hall Of Fame in person. We got to the Hall Of Fame and it was packed like people waiting outside to get and it was so hot outside. It was like $30 per kid, but the parents were like double that. It so cool inside of it because I got to see Jim Thorpe “The Legend” that's what it says on the statue inside of the build. I saw a lot of jerseys and helmets

After we got to the city, we spended some time going around it and looking at some other things in the city. Next morning we got up, then got on the tram to the game, it was a 30 minute wait, but it was so worth it because I got to see the houses, how they build them there, the parks, this long and big river right beside the stadium. We finally got there, but we couldn’t go inside because the NFL is not letting people inside with normal bags, we hid the bag inside a bush then we got to go inside the stadium. They played the Jets and I got to see a lot the Steelers players like Antonio Brown, Big Ben. I got to eat a hot dog, popcorn, some other candies. But it was so good, but so much money to get food there. My seats were on the 50 yard line and the weather was sunny, but cool. But the most important time was spending time with

The business that I wrote about was the one that we have done for our group projects and just so happened to be the one I chose to do from week one. The business is Landslide Limousine and I was told to hit a few different point by Traci. They were “Alignment of the performance management framework to the organizational business strategy, Organizational performance philosophy, The job analysis process you will complete to identify the skills needed by employees, Methods used for measuring the employee 's skills, Process for addressing skill gaps and the Approach for delivering effective performance feedback” (University of Phoenix, 2015). The principles and strategies that I applied to my business should be the same that should work for any other business that any other member chose. Other members might have chosen other principles and strategies but ones I chose will work for any company. I went over Organization environments and how they are rich in feedback. “They stress continuous improvement, promote risk taking, offer one-on-one coaching, and afford opportunities to learn from the successes and failures of decisions” (University of Phoenix, 2015.) Next I talked about the company’s vision, mission and values and how they are important for a company both new and old. Then you need to provide data for job or competency analyses and apply them towards an HR department and set the HR department on their way for success. I touched on PET’s which are pre-employment training and how it will help gain the necessary employees as well as, help them gain necessary skills to be effective in their new jobs. I then spoke about practicing and on the job training to get all employees on the Limousine Company on the same page ad to make them more skillful at their jobs.…

It also helps to know the fundamentals of how to play Fantasy Football before starting your own league. For starters, in fantasy football, you are the “owner” or the “manager” of your own team that you drafted and put together yourself. The fun part, is that the team consists of real NFL football players from the current season you decide to play. You earn fantasy points based on each NFL players stats throughout the season. For example, if you draft Tom Brady as your quarterback for your team, and he throws a touchdown pass, you will earn fantasy points. Or, if your player is hurt, you won’t earn any points therefore you should not start him in your next lineup.…

One cold and snowy December 23, my dad and I left for what would be the first professional football game I had ever seen. The whistle blew, the crowd roared, and the game began. My favorite team, the Jacksonville Jaguars, were playing the Minnesota Vikings in what would quickly become a hopeless mauling. At the end of the fourth quarter, the score was 33-3 Jaguars, and the Vikings, who were playing a horrible game, had absolutely no chance of victory. I couldn't be happier. Still, it got better yet. After the game, my Dad and I stood by the overhang of the Jaguars' exit and Jimmy Smith, my favorite player, threw me his glove! I just couldn't believe it. By far, it had been the best day of my life.…
