Explain why you want to be a Desk Assistant for the Department of Housing and Residence Life.
Being a Desk Assistant will allow me to know different kinds of people and expand my social circle. Thereupon, I will be able to explore new ideas and increase my knowledge. Furthermore, this position will help me financially.
What do you hope to gain from the Desk Assistant position?
If I improve my oral communication skills and problem-solving ability, I will be proud of myself and become happier. Overall, I hope to be happy with the Desk Assistant position.
Define customer service and how would you apply it to the Desk Assistant position.
Whenever a customer uses or buys a product, the service provided to make him/her comfortable is customer service.
