Explain How Vineet Nayar Followed Kotter's Model For Change
Vineet Nayar followed both of the proposed models for change. Kotter’s model is a map on how to generate updated strategies for continuous improvement in an organization (Calegari, Sibley, & Turner, 2015). He followed Kotter’s model for change by making it known within the company that there was a need for an immediate change, he created a strategy and a plan to introduce to the organization, he connected with all level employees, he created systems to solve issues, and he developed new ways of communication to change behaviors and outdated processes.
Nayar followed Lewin’s change model by motivating change within the company. When using this method, an important thing to do is have active involvement from the people that will be affected by
