Exercise “Reading is to the mind what exercise is to the body” by an unknown author. Exercise does more good, than bad to our bodies. It only helps us help ourselves out, physically, and mentally. Exercise not only helps with health benefits and sleep but also your personal look. Exercising helps lower your risk of type two diabetes. By losing weight and eating healthy you help your body regulate your sugar levels. By eating too much, and not burning your calories off, your chance of getting type two diabetes when you're older, only gets higher. Working out also lowers the risk of high blood pressure, and your chance of getting heart disease lowers. Sleep is very important in our everyday life, and it’s important we get enough hours
