Evidence Based Practice Reflection Paper

The scientist role was fulfilled in several courses looking at issues and finding a solution. The Evidence Based Practice Course I examined the issue of poor communication and the effects on patient care, proposed a solution example being implementation of bedside reporting and analyzed the results with the increase in patient satisfaction.
