Ethical Issues Of Oral Counseling

A legal issue in scenario two is the inadequate investigations of matters such as traffic collisions which could result in the wrong party being found at fault (Peak, 2015). An ethical issue in scenario two was the officer’s conduct (rudeness) while taking a burglary report (Peak, 2015). The way that I would address these issues is to talk to the officer to find out what is causing such bad job performance, such as burnout phase, family or relationship issues and look for signs of alcohol and/or drug use and request testing.
