In order for the United States to form a more stable and perfect union, to establish justice, and to make a stronger government for the people and by the people a constitution is needed. This Constitution will make the courts better for all states, to have good living conditions, promote general welfare, and for us to have freedom along with all the next generations. All three branches of government will be directly responsible and obligated to carry out and serve the Will of the People (Bradburn 4-5).

Each State and government entity should follow and stand by the following rights of each Citizen living in the United States, all three branches of United States should serve the People of the nation as the true individual sovereigns with the following rights and liberties, and also they have the obligation in protecting citizens against any of these Rights.
