How do I view my skills as a writer? My overall skills in writing have improved overtime. The more I write, on a daily basis, the more my writing evolves. A few tips I have gained and use throughout my writing are I expand my vocabulary, master english spelling, read regularly, and over all improve my grammar. While growing up grammar and reading were and still are a huge part of my life. I remember as a young child my father would encourage me to read a bedtime story every night.
