Essay About America's Future

I propose a solution to a topic that is so corrosive to the soul that it is avoided by the majority and sought after by a crazed, insidious minority. Politics and Current events in the United States of America has always been a hard fought battle between two sides, and at one point in history, war. And now, at this point in America’s journey, politics is polarized to the point that due to this, society is divided as well. In order to get rid of this, America must realize we are at our boiling point, and the only logical step after this would be to ascend to political violence.

Although not the preferred circumstance, this country has gone past the point of no return. The future will be decided by the victor of this turmoil. I believe that everyone has been in a situation where they heard the political views
Mass amounts of people must take up arms to defend what they believe, taking out threats to their ideology, even if those threats are peers, friends, and neighbors. It is easy to view this solution with a somber tone, but I encourage those who will to look beyond the fighting, and see America’s future as it should be, and imperfect utopia glistening on the hill. Now, realize the only way down that path is to eliminate competition.

America has bent time and time again, but now, she will break unless a mutual agreement, a clean split, or a call to war is reached. In the 1860’s, the country was split in two. Both sides fought for what they thought was right, and there was a clear victor. Afterwards, national unity steadily increased, and the losers mentality became so backwards it was considered a laughing stock by many. America 2017 needs this. A clear victor. Bloodshed today, for a brighter tomorrow.

No one wants to fight those they have shared a past with. Not even I. But now is not the time to reminisce on the past. We need to envision the future, and work on creating it to be
