Epilogue To The Underworld Myth
Once upon a time in San Francisco, California, there was a poor orphan boy named Motes. He lived on the streets and would always search for food, but most of the time, he had no luck. “I wish I had a luxurious life and powers of a god!” Motes says cravingly.
“That will never happen,” All the other boys said as they walked by, flashing their fancy shoes.
Motes would simply sink back into his cardboard box, never wanting to see these kids again.
One day, while he was sharing his dreams to the public, an old lady spoke up and suggested going to the underworld.
Motes said, “The underworld? Why would I need to go there?”
“You are a poor boy that wants godly power! The only way to get that is by going to see Hades.” The old lady speaks and everyone gasps. “ Are you brave enough boy?” Motes tried to look brave, but inside, he was terrified.

“Now!” The old woman replied. And with that, the lady gave him a map and a bag of supplies before Motes was on his way.
A few hours later, Motes was done following the old lady’s map. It ended in a dark and creepy cave.
“Hello?” Motes said into the darkness. The only sound he heard were his echoes. He walked a few more steps into the cave before he saw the stairs descending into darkness. Motes felt fear growing inside him.
“I need to finish my journey. C’mon Motes, this is the only way.” Motes started walking down the stairs. A few minutes later, the stairwell stops and ends at a river. The river had a bucket of maps and a sign lying on the bank saying, “TAKE”. Motes takes the map and looks for a boat to take him down the
