This contract assures that the American Safety Council, Inc. ("ASC") driver education school, ("school") agrees to provide the registered student ("student") with a six clock-hour Online Driver Education Course Exclusively for Adults. For the purpose of this Contract, a student is any person that accepts this Contract's terms and conditions and signs that he/she accepts this Contract. The student is also a person that has paid the registration fees for this course. The school, for the purposes of this Contract, refers to the American Safety Council, Inc. This course shall include all phases of the Texas Education Agency ("TEA") approved American Safety Council Six-Hour Online Driver Education Course Exclusively for Adults. The terms and conditions by which this course shall be delivered are explained below, including the issuance of the uniform course completion certificate.

This course is divided into seven modules or lessons which are ordered sequentially and entitled Course Introduction (10 Minutes); Module 1: Your License To Drive (23 Minutes); Module 2: Right of Way (52 Minutes); Module 3: Traffic Control Devices (44 Minutes); Module 4: Controlling Traffic Flow (52 Minutes); Module 5: Alcohol and Other Drugs (84 Minutes); Module 6: Cooperating With Other Roadway Users (58 Minutes); and Module 7: Managing Risk (47 Minutes). The final examination is given after the completion of the final module.
