Controversy has been circulating around the current presidential campaign. The Democratic nominee is Hillary Clinton and the Republican nominee is Donald Trump. Both have had confusing claims and radical ideas, but Donald Trump’s ideas have gotten out of line and created a great deal of pain. He has many good qualities, yet his bad qualities have recently been shining through. He began to blame other ethnic groups for the United States’ economic, foreign, and political trouble. Ideas like building a wall, prevention of immigration, and bombing other countries have been stated by Trump. His claims started fear worldwide, which initiated fights and violent rampages. Neither candidates are perfect for the presidential position, but this issue

The election had surprises for both sides. On the Republican side most people were surprised Donald Trump was elected Republican Nominee. On the Democratic side, everyone was surprised on how long it took for Hillary Clinton to beat the unknown senator Bernie Sanders. These two are the exact opposites. Trump believes that we should build a wall between Mexico and the United States, and Mexico will pay the bill. He also says that he will temporarily ban Muslim immigrants from certain countries. The reason I chose Trump for my MLP project is because my family talks a lot about Trump and the things he is trying to do, that inspired me to write and show people why Trump is causing global conflict because of all of the horrible things he wants to do. The reason why this matters to me, you and Canada is because he now has the power to affect us by one stopping trade between our countries, he could also declare war on our country for whatever reason and start to bomb our cities, homes, and oil plants which our country needs, another thing he could do is the attack another country that is not our…

In this article, Jeb Bush says he wants more civility in our government and reinforce its presence as a world leader at the Mackinac Republican Leadership Conference. During this conference Bush wanted to create a contrast between him and Donald Trump by not only calling for greater civility in our government but also in life. This article was not useful for my essay because our prompt was not to compare and contrast the candidates but rather the media that portrays the candidates.…

If there can be any objection to the administration, it can be the general disdain it has for reality. The President of the United States of America has employed the highest offense possible; he attempts to promote contradictory ideas at the same time and hold that they complement each other. Trump’s most important example should be his tone on the campaign trail. Trump’s campaign was run on two violently opposing ideas: that America is a perfect nation, that America is God’s nation, that America is the savior and protector of the world, America has the perfect culture that all nations should adopt, and our soldiers are the strongest, our products are the best, our land is the most beautiful, and that all nations should be subservient to American…

Donald Trump’s call to “Make America Great Again” has polarized the nation, and is a very current and relevant example of corruption and violence infecting a modern revolution. Although unlike his liberal counterpart Bernie Sanders he hasn’t actually called for a “political revolution,” Donald Trump’s radical policies would be just as much of a departure from traditional American politics. He calls for the deportation of millions of illegal immigrants, a wall on the Mexican border, a ban on Muslims, and for companies based elsewhere to bring their jobs back to the United States. Ever since Trump gained the national spotlight he has been criticized for his Trump University scam and inciting violence among his supporters. When Trump University…

And by doing so they would have to face a lot of the issues and policies America has today. The issues of; Education, Terrorism, and immigration. Donald Trump and Hilary Clinton are promising to deal with these issues of immigration, education, and foreign policy. However, based on what was said by both, after comparing and contrasting the two: Mr. Trump and Mrs. Clinton both want the same thing for education, they want to make it more affordable for students, however when it comes to Immigration Trump wants to get rid of every illegal in a harsh and irrational way. Meanwhile, Clinton wants to just deport the illegals that are a threat to society. And when it comes to terrorism Mr. Trump wants to ban all Muslim people from entering our country because he feels this will end it. While Hilary wants to prevent it with plans that have prevented it in the past.
