Donald Trump Persuasive Speeches
Roses are red, violets are blue. Donald Trump is a dump. Do you think so too? Honestly, I think he is. I also think you should think that too. Hopefully, these reasons will persuade you to think that too, if you do not think that already.

Donald Trump has no filter over what he says at all. He probably does not even know what he is going to say or has said until it comes out of his mouth. Trump is the type of person that would lead us into a war. Trump once made fun of a news disabled new reporter. Trump puts his arms and hand to his chest and made a face. He also once posted a blatantly rude tweet about Arianna Huffington. He said "@ariannahuff is unattractive inside and out. I fully understand why her former husband left her for a man- he made a good decision." Do you want a president like that? I sure do not.

But in reality he is just a rich man running for president. The more he says, the more he does, he loses more fans and voters. "I could stand in the middle of Fifth Avenue and shoot somebody and I wouldn't lose any voters," Trump said. Trump repeatedly states how loyal his votes are, but like I already said, he just keeps losing them. "I think apologizing's a great thing, but you have to be wrong. I will abolutetly apologize, sometime in the hopefully distant future, if I'm ever wrong," Trump also said. Donald Trump thinks he is never wrong? Does he not hear what he is

While discussing Trump’s business acumen Epstein felt it was necessary to establish that business success doesn’t correlate to political success, however, the two are not mutually exclusive and Trump could be multi-talented. The article also felt it was necessary to mention that Epstein had never read Trump’s book, it also then goes on to criticize the book by stating he has no interest in reading “The Art of the Deal.” This unnecessary and critical comment further enforces the idea that Epstein believes Trump is not fit to be president. In the concluding paragraph Epstein cements the idea that financial success does not transfer to political success. He then goes on to criticize Trump calling him arrogant and claiming his business prowess won’t transfer to his political career. Some of these statements may be based off of truth, but, to be a subjective article one can not put personal opinion in their…

In Charles Blow’s “Failing All Tests of the Presidency” (2017) he asserts his opinion that Trump is not acting as a true president and he is merely holding a place for an actual president to arrive and replace him. Blow communicates this by saying “Donald Trump is a man of flawed character and a moral cavity,” and “His interests center on the self; country be damned.” He exaggerates all of Trump’s flaws without regard to the truth that, maybe he has done something good while in office. He does this in attempts to force his hatred of Donald Trump onto others that might already not support him. Charles Blow employs his hatred of Trump and writes very controversial articles to everyone who is indifferent or not in support of Donald Trump.…

"He plays on fear — exploiting base instincts of xenophobia, racism and misogyny — to bring out the worst in us, rather than the best. His serial shifts on fundamental issues reveal an astounding absence of preparedness. And his improvisational insults and midnight tweets exhibit a dangerous lack of judgment and impulse control."…

Martin Luther King had one statement that people connected with the African American people, the punch line stated, “I have a dream.” Not relating the two people because they are very different and all Americans unlike Trump hold King to the highest integrity. That being said, they are and were both prominent figures in society. Both prominent speakers had a message that they used to define their makeup. Trump has used his own rhetoric to the same effect and connects himself with the voters. Trump has used distinct message, which is “Make America Great Again.” During his campaign so far Trump has used, the language of the people. Malansky states, “Trump has a clear narrative, a master story that he sticks to”. He also goes on to say “He speaks…

A perfect example of this is his ongoing war on media, which ranges from him accusing news organizations of being fake to explicitly threatening the press. He infamously attacked CNN writer Michael Cohen during his first presidential press conference and began a shouting war with a CNN reporter who was begging to ask him a question. Trump’s justification was calling CNN “fake news.". During the same event, he asserted that Buzzfeed is a “failing pile of garbage” that would “suffer the consequences” for publishing an unverified dossier about his potential ties to the Kremlin in Russia (“Full” 18-19). Politico reports that, even before his election, Trump threatened to sue the press for publishing stories he believes to be false (Gold 2). These instances highlight Trump’s desperate attempt at quieting the media that reports against him by threatening to take a medium away form opponents. Further, Trump intentionally creates distractions from disagreement among the populous. Amidst nationwide protests and women’s marches concurrent with and following his inauguration, the new president, in a speech that was meant for the Central Intelligence Agency repeated false claims that over a million people attended his inauguration, even though expert photographic analysis of the event not only refutes his numbers, but shows that even more people attended women’s marches on that day…

For example, the Justice Department sued Trump’s real estate company twice for not allowing black people to rent his apartments. The company gave different rental terms and conditions to black people that were unfair. The company also lied to them, saying their were no rooms available. During the presidential debates, Donald was asked about those claims and responded saying how an abundance of other companies have done that as well, as if that makes it okay for a future president to do so. In addition, Donald also attacked Muslim gold star parents verbally. Their son had died serving in the Iraq War. After the father gave a speech at the Democratic National Convention Trump said, “ If you look at his wife, she was standing there. She had nothing to say. She probably, maybe she wasn’t allowed to have anything to say. You tell me.”(Marans, “Here Are 13 Examples Of Donald Trump Being Racist). This remark is racist without a doubt and the effect of these examples are scary. He also accused Hillary Clinton of writing a script for the father which is rude and disrespectful. Donald Trump is a racist because of his indirect controversial…

When it comes to communication, Donald Trump had a very unique approach. He does not “play it safe” at all. Instead, he is bold and rather casual in debates, and it works. Donald Trump is appealing to a younger crowd beginning with his communication strategy. He talks like he is in high school. He uses his words in a clear way where everyone can comprehend the message he is trying to get across. While it could potentially and did in fact offend people who find themselves more sophisticated, it appealed to the average person. Also, he has sort of mastered exploiting whoever his current opponent is. He proclaims whatever he wants about them, not paying much attention to the truth. For anyone who feels that they have lack of power or are voiceless,…

It was interesting to hear Donald Trumps' New York speech, the most confusing and scary part of the speech is when he stated that " this political stuff is hard." What did he expect the role of the President would be. A person who runs the country does not do so easily, there are decision that must be made that requires one to be resilient despite the outcome. I do, however, understand that just as President Obama posed as a model figure to many people both of color and not, President elect Trump posses as the same figure for many Americans. I do not believe that president Trump can fulfill majority of his promises to the American people, my fear lies in the people who believe that they can fulfill those promises for him. Such as segregation of the Mexican people by…
