There are many reasons to move out – maybe it’s your decision, maybe it is someone else’s, maybe it is necessity, maybe it is just time. No matter why you’re moving on think about it calmly. Are you ready to live independently? What are your options? If you don’t eat properly whilst you are living independently for the first time, you will feel bad constantly, you’ll be tired constantly and you will not grow to your full potential. To achieve proper nutrition and not feel the impact of any of these issues, I recommend you should put together a weekly diet to make sure you achieve your nutrition goals. As I look at my first diet analysis as well as my second one, I can see where I skipped meals just drinking a glass of milk for breakfast or a can of Coke or a bottle of water for lunch or dinner. This is not a wise choice. Skipping meals makes a person hungrier, in turn making it more difficult to limit portion sizes and make healthy food choices at the next meal. Instead, filling up on foods that are high in fiber and water like fruits, vegetables, and soups can help with satiety while controlling and reducing caloric intake.…

Having to pack up all of your house is a big task, depending on how many people live with you can make this task much harder. While packing you have to go through all of your things and decide if you want those items or not. Donating things is a very nice thing to do but you have to know the difference between trash and things that others can use. Transportation can be a hard thing to find unless you want to spend a lot of money on a moving truck, always have a person ready to help like your family members or friends. It is very irritating to unpack everything into a new house after you already packed all of it because you feel like you did all of that work for nothing. Other families keep at least a mental count of where their finances stand. But what about young people—people your age?…

My wife and I moved out of my parents when I had just turned 18, and she was 19. Everyone told us that it would be too hard and that we should just wait. It’s been over a year and yes we struggle daily, sometimes it seems like even when we get back on our feet we fall another twenty yards but you just have to keep pushing on and continuing the path you want to live and if you are happy that’s all that matters. I think that is the message that I’d portray would be that, “yeah life’s hard, it has some downs but it also has some ups, it’s how you handle the bumpy road that will lead to the…
