Diversity In America Essay
Religion in the United States is represented by a diversity of religious beliefs and practices. We also have immigrants coming to the United States who bring over different beliefs of their own, these immigrants who bring over these beliefs can spread it by sharing them with others, these beliefs become a legitimate religion, with celebrations which can even becomes holidays. For example, the Christian religion has Christmas. In Colonial time, this began with many native beliefs. Roman Catholics, Anglicans, and Jews arrived from Europe. Most of Americans are Christians, while a quarter of americans are atheists, or, have no religious beliefs. These are ways that religion makes America diverse.

America has a very wide variety of jobs, whether it’s a business job, a position in a certain type of job, or anything from working at a fast food restaurant to being something as well-paying as a doctor. Certain jobs have certain requirements, such as a minors degree, bachelor’s degree, master’s degree, or just something as simple as your high school diploma. They can also have a requirement or a degree in a certain field, or you just need a regular degree and you can get a job that pays better than a job without any degree or diploma. Another example is Jewish people celebrate Hanukkah, a Jewish holiday celebrated for eight days and nights. There is many different celebrations, and even some atheists celebrate a holiday like Christmas. There is also celebrations of days like Thanksgiving, Valentines Day, and Easter, and the list goes on.
