The Iceman was traveling up the mountains and was shot in the back and fell onto a rock hitting his head and dying from head trauma. He was shot in the back with an arrow head causing him to fall, The researches in the lab found an arrowhead in the iceman's back. He hit his head on a rock when he fell and landed on a rock, The scientists found blood spots in his head and also was lying down face first on a rock. But you may think that it's not true because how could he just fall or there's other ways this one isn't true but when the iceman was shot it made him fall from the pain and he fell on a rock that was right near him and he put his arm out to try to stop the fall but his head still hit.
